1. The 14 day return trial offer has to be approved before you purchase a pump or any product.

2. This offer is not available for all areas of the world. 

If you purchase a pump which has previously been approved for the 14 days return trial offer and you are not satisfied with your iPump for any reason you must Inform iPumps by email within 14 calendar days.

1. An acknowledgement e-mail with the returns number and instructions will be sent to you.

2. Read and follow the Return Instructions notice.

3. Re-pack the unit carefully, preferably in the original packing.

4.Enter the Returns Number on the Return Label and af fix it to the package to be returned.

5. Consign the package to iPumps using a reliable carrier with tracking facilities.

6. Email iPumps to advise that the package has been collected and its tracking number. 

When the returned pump has been received in good condition, you will be sent a confirmation email and the order will be cancelled. We will not be responsible for refunding any carriage, duty or customs fees that you may have incurred.
